Costa Rica Sea -Not that it is easy to determine which are the best places to best appreciate the sea in Costa Rica, however, we thought you might find useful a ranking of the best beaches in the country. Costa Rica is washed by two oceans and offers a varied experience when it comes to activities, ranging from surfing to snorkeling orcetacean spotting. In short, you’ll be spoiled for choice in the small Central American nation, and what you’ll read in this article can help you determine your itinerary if you’re a beach lover.

Playa Conchal

Playa Conchal, located in the Península de Nicoya, is famous for its unique sand composed of tiny shell fragments. The calm turquoise waters make it perfect for snorkeling and relaxing. A true jewel of the Pacific Northwest coast and one of the best seaside spots in Costa Rica.

Saint Teresa
